New Hours

Previously we were open in the evenings Monday - Friday from 5:00PM - 7:00PM.  We are changing those hours and we will be open from 5:30PM - 7:00PM starting today (Monday, August 30th).

Awesomeness!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our grand opening! It was a HUGE success! We weren't expecting that many people, so thanks for being so patient with the craziness.

We got a lot of feedback to improve or little operation, and we really appreciate all of it. We'll be making some changes based on the feedback we received. We hope to meet as many people's expectations as we can.

One question we were asked many times was why don't we sell bread? We decided, from the beginning, not to sell anything we don't love. We absolutely love the aprepa flat bread, but we don't absolutely love the "regular" wheat bread imitations. There are some decent ones out there, but we're just not blown away. So, there you have it!

We love you all!!! You rock.

Grand Opening

Our Grand Opening is tomorrow!!!!!  Come get some fresh baked cookies, some delicious cupcakes and of course your free cake pop!  See you there tomorrow between 8am and 8pm!

Cake Pops

Come try a delicious Cake Pop with your lunch!  Available in a variety of flavors including Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Chocolate, Orange Chocolate, Chocolate Cake w/ White Chocolate, Mint Chocolate, Cinnamon Sugar, & Hawaiian Delight.

My favorites are the Cinnamon Sugar and Hawaiian Delight but they're all delectable!  Come in and try one for yourself!

Arepas

I love Arepas!  This one is our Ham & Swiss Arepa with our Honey Mustard Sauce.  Isn't it mouthwatering?  You've got to come try one!  My new favorite is the Beef Brisket with Creamy Barbeque Sauce.  Everyone has also been raving about our Avocado Crema Sauce (which goes great with the Turkey).  The Chicken Salad is also fabulous!  Come try it out!

Grand Opening!!!!

It's finally here! Eleanor's Bake Shop Grand Opening is this upcoming Saturday. FREE CAKE POP just for coming in! Baked goods of all sorts (gluten free style), lunch from 11am-2pm (soup/sandwich, gluten free style). Come one, come all! Invite your friends and spread the word, especially to anyone you know with Celiac Disease.

Just About There

So! We are soooo close to opening. We even have a date. We'll be opening for lunch AUGUST 16th (Monday), and our grand opening will be Saturday, AUGUST 21st! We're so excited!!!! (Apparent. Due to the excessive use of exclamation.)

I have pictures for you. It's been a whirlwind, but so so fun!

Shop Opening Soon!

We've been so busy at the shop, working on the menu and getting things just right. We don't have a specific date for opening, but we're hoping sometime next week. We're just waiting on some things that are out of our control.

Anyway, we're so excited! Its getting closer!! Just a little tidbit of info for ya'll. We will be serving breakfast and lunch, in addition to our delightful gluten free treats.
